Güngör HATEMOĞLU

Güngör Hatemoğlu graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2006 and joined the Onur Law Office team, where she currently works as a lawyer. Between 2007 and 2008 she attended the National and International Security Strategies Master's Programme at the Strategic Research Institute of the Turkish War Colleges. She became a Trademark and Patent Attorney in 2007, and has been accredited as a mediator since 2017.

She works in the field of private law, including International Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, Information Technology Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Contract Law and Labour Law. She specialises in managing company mergers and acquisitions, in running the whole of the process around general assembly and board of directors meetings, in advising domestic and foreign companies, and in following collective labour agreement processes and disputes. She also handles domestic and international commercial disputes, and has appeared for companies, together with Onur Ünal, in the resolution of cases and disputes in countries including the USA, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Israel, Russia and Ukraine.

Güngör Hatemoğlu also has numerous published articles. She speaks English to an advanced level.
