Zeynep Özge YİĞİTOĞLU

Zeynep Özge Yiğitoğlu joined Onur Law Office in 2010.

Having completed her education at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, Zeynep Özge Yiğitoğlu completed her master's degree with a thesis titled "The Right of the Unpaid Worker to Refrain from Working". She continues her academic career with doctoral studies in Company Law at Istanbul Bilgi University.

Zeynep Özge Yiğitoğlu's article titled "Compensation Actions in Cases of Unlawful Exercise of Control" was published in 2015, and her article titled "The Distribution of Profit and of Advances on Profit in Limited Companies" in 2016, both in the Journal of the Union of Turkish Notaries.

Her main areas of expertise are Company Law, Contract Law, the Law of Negotiable Instruments, commercial disputes, and individual and collective Labour Law. She runs compliance projects for domestic and foreign companies within the framework of corporate governance principles, and serves in particular as project leader on Personal Data Protection compliance work.

She speaks English to an advanced level.
