The existing senior management structures of companies are evaluated within the framework of Corporate Governance Principles; the roles and working methods of the bodies that Corporate Governance Principles require — the Board of Directors, the Committee for the Early Detection of Risks, the Audit Committee and the like — are set out along with the description of their duties, and their powers and responsibilities are regulated.

To that end, procedures covering the control of all internal processes are written so that those processes are standardised, and powers and duties are defined in detail. As an important step in corporate governance, discussions are held with the Board of Directors and the relevant process owners to establish existing approval limits and authorities, and a position-based authority matrix is created for every process.

As part of the work, an "internal directive" is also prepared in line with the new Turkish Commercial Code.
