Güngör HATEMOĞLU

Güngör Hatemoğlu graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Law Faculty in 2006 and joined the Onur Law Firm team, where she currently works as a lawyer. Between 2007 and 2008, she attended the National and International Security Strategies Master’s Program at the Strategic Research Institute of the Turkish Armed Forces. She became a Trademark and Patent Attorney in 2007. Since 2017, she has also obtained accreditation as a mediator.

She works in the field of Private Law, including International Law, Commercial Law, Company Law, Information Law, Personal Data Protection Law, Contract Law, and Labor Law. She is specialized in managing the processes of company mergers and acquisitions, as well as the entire process of general assembly and board of directors meetings, providing consultancy to domestic and foreign companies, and monitoring collective labor agreement processes and disputes. Additionally, she handles the processes of domestic and international commercial disputes. She has represented companies in resolving lawsuits and disputes in many countries such as the USA, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Israel, Russia, and Ukraine, along with Lawyer Onur Ünal.

In addition to these, Güngör Hatemoğlu has numerous published articles. She is proficient in advanced English.
